Peter was at that time one of my team leaders. He lead the Infrastructure group of one of the biggest IBM projects in the financial world – On-line Settlement in Foreign Exchange Market (CLS Bank). Project size – 700 people located in Belgium and UK. Peter lead a team of 6 people, you could say he was the ‘CIO’ of the Belgium location – development team of 250 people – and responsible for all hardware, software and support. Peter has great motivation skills and enormous drive and could motivate his group to be excellent in execution ‘flow’. He has a great customer service focus using pragmatic approaches. Peter Lee was my direct mgr at Nike during 2,5 years. I still remember when he came on board… it was amazing how quickly he could analyze the situation and took the right (tough) decisions.
